Some people are all about the buffet, while others want to be pampered and waited on. Which are you doing? And why? If you're having a served meal- how many courses?

Buffet... everyone gets something they want, and it saves money.

For us we are having: soups, salad, dinner rolls, cold meats, fruit and veggie trays. Cut down the cost alot, hoping to be under 100.00.
